Welcome to our new service request portal!

We’re excited to announce that we’ve rolled out a new way to submit and manage repair requests called Property Meld! Property Meld helps to streamline communication during the repair request process.

Please click on the SUBMIT REQUEST button to visit Property Meld where you can log in and submit a streamlined service request in these 3 easy steps.

1 – Log in

Use your login credentials to access your property portal in Property Meld

First time user? Please click on the “Request a Tenant Invite” at the bottom of the login page and you will be sent an invitation.

2 – Select The “New Meld” tab

Select your property address. Then click on the “New Meld” button at the top right of the screen to submit a new repair request.

3 – Fill Out Request Details & Submit

Follow the prompts and complete the service request details. You will also be able to select preferred times for our vendors to diagnose and complete the repairs. Please note that this should not be used for after hours emergency plumbing issues.
